Our Story

The Hope Exists Foundation began as the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Foundation to support the Hope One Mobile Outreach Program. What started as a small initiative to connect individuals in crisis to treatment has grown into a fully independent nonprofit serving Atlantic County.

Today, Hope Exists provides recovery outreach, connects individuals to treatment and vital services, and offers food assistance to families facing hardship — meeting people where they are with compassion and care.
